Engage patient in activities, play games, Listen to age appropriate music,
watch patients favorite TV shows.
Can do any and all activities that stimulate patient. Engage in conversation. Include patient into all meals as appropriate.

Companionship and Socialization
Give one on one care. Keep patient engaged in conversation. Converse about daily events. Read newspaper regarding daily events
Personal Care
Assist with showers, baths, including bed baths. Complete hair care as needed
Assisting with all basic needs
Maintaining a clear pathway at all times to aide in fall
prevention. Walking with patient as much brushing teeth
Errand running
Can pick up groceries/food weekly and as needed. Mail letters at post office
Light Housekeeping
Clean up patients main area. May include vacuuming and mopping as needed
